Global Antitrust Hot Topics: EU, U.S. & Global Perspectives 2025

On Thursday, 25 September the Brussels office of Baker Botts sponsored, co-organised and hosted the 13th edition of the Concurrences “Global Antitrust Hot Topics” conference. This was the latest edition of a highly successful annual antitrust conference that has grown in stature and has now become a firm “destination” conference in what is an otherwise crowded field on the antitrust circuit in Europe.

This year’s event had the highest ever attendance, with more than 140 attendees, consisting of a mixture of clients, antitrust agency leadership and regulators, lobbyists, economists and others. Brussels partners David Cardwell, Catriona Hatton, Matthew Levitt and Paul Lugard were joined by Paul Cuomo, Ed Duffy and Chris Wilson from the Washington, D.C. office in moderating and participating in the panel discussions.

We're thankful to all who joined us. Key takeaways from this year's conference can be found here.
