As an Associate in the firm's Environmental, Safety and Incident Response group, Zach Fader advises clients on litigation, regulatory advocacy, and compliance matters, focusing on climate and sustainability issues. In particular, he has drafted comments on environmental rulemakings, alerts for environmental topics in the news, and briefs for greenwashing, CERCLA, and hazardous materials matters.
Prior to joining Baker Botts, Mr. Fader interned in the Southern District of New York Chambers of the Honorable Kenneth M. Karas; United States Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resource Division; and United States Department of the Interior.
During law school, Mr. Fader was an Articles Editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review and a Haub Scholar of Environmental Law. He graduated summa cum laude.
