Adam Nguyen is an Intellectual Property Associate based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Adam represents clients in intellectual property litigation, patent prosecution, trademark disputes, and strategic IP counseling matters. Adam’s IP experience spans a wide variety of technologies, including ride-sharing applications, cloud-native architecture, messaging services, AI-based aviation, and video game technologies. Adam also engages in pro bono matters, including patent application drafting for individual inventors and representing clients in immigration litigation.
Adam earned his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. During law school, Adam worked as a student attorney in the Bluhm Legal Clinic: Complex Civil Litigation and Investor Protection Center, where he represented individuals in disputes with stockbrokers, investment advisers, and securities firms.
Adam holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, with a minor in Computer Science, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. During his undergraduate studies, Adam worked as a data science intern, where he developed analytics tools for supply chain managers.
