Sean Ching is a Special Counsel in our Corporate practice based in Singapore, with extensive experience advising on complex cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures in the Asia-Pacific region across various sectors including telecommunications, financial services, insurance and real estate.
He frequently advises on trans-Pacific and trans-Indian Ocean digital infrastructure projects including submarine telecommunications cable transactions and associated infrastructure projects.
Sean has also acted as the lead technology counsel on significant digital bond issuances in Hong Kong.
